What makes a strong listing in the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog?
A strong listing captures attention and builds trust. To stand out, make sure your submission is:
- Clear and compelling, with a headline and description that speak directly to user needs.
- Use-case driven, highlighting how your solution benefits Bentley users and fits into real – world workflows.
- Visually engaging, supported by screenshots, architecture diagrams, or other visuals that illustrate value.

What if I don’t have a polished product page or video yet?
No problem—start with the essentials. A clear description, relevant tags, and contact information are enough to get listed. You can always enhance your listing over time by adding visuals, videos, or supporting documents.
That said, including a product landing page from the beginning helps build trust and gives users a place to learn more. Think of your listing as a living asset—it can grow and evolve as your solution does.
In what languages can I create my solution listing?
Currently, solution descriptions must be provided in English to ensure a consistent experience for all users across the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog.
However, if your solution targets a specific region or language, you’re welcome to include links to localized materials, such as product pages, documentation, or videos, in other languages. This helps you reach the right audience while maintaining catalog-wide clarity.
How often can I update my listing in the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog?
You can update your listing at any time. Whether you’ve launched new features, added use cases, or have a fresh customer success story, keeping your listing current helps you stay relevant and visible.
What happens if I change my solution listing but don’t request that Bentley reviews?
These changes will not be visible until Bentley reviews and approves them.
If your listing was previously accepted and published, that version will remain visible in the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog until you request a review and Bentley approves the updated version. This ensures users always see verified content. To keep your listing fresh and accurate, we recommend submitting updates for review as soon as they’re ready.

- Bentley stores the user’s contact details and submission data.
- The lead is sent directly to the listing owner, who is responsible for following up, managing communications, and handling any transactions.
Bentley does not mediate or manage the lead process beyond initial capture—ownership and responsiveness lie with the solution provider.
