Bentley’s integrated water solution offers condition assessment and asset management tools, providing utilities and their consultants with a reliable renewal decision support tool for optimizing the replacement and rehabilitation of water mains. It allows utilities to maintain their networks with pro-active processes. In the end, this improves the quality of asset planning, reducing the risks of infrastructure failure and consequently lengthening the life of infrastructure.

Software tools for managing water assets, include:

• Asset and facilities management: 
  Bentley Water and Bentley Wastewater are desktop GIS products that help engineers and GIS professionals understand what infrastructure needs to be replaced and when, and these products help track equipment failures and breaks in pipes.
  
  
• Condition assessment:
  Pipe Renewal Planner is a condition assessment tool that helps engineers identify the pipes in water distribution networks that should be considered for replacement or repair. Pipe Renewal Planner is included in WaterGEMS and available for WaterCAD.
  
  
• Operations decision support:
  Bentley sisNET is a multi-utility GIS for the operations and maintenance departments of water utilities. Bentley sisNET provides an up-to-date register of the network assets to support improved O&M workflows.
