She has been at Bentley Systems since 2018, currently leading marketing efforts across the bridge, tunnel, and geotechnical sectors as Senior Product & Industry Marketing Manager.

Based in Romania, Oana works with infrastructure professionals across different markets and cultures. Her role sits at the intersection of technology and communication, where she takes innovative solutions and explains why they matter to the people who build our world’s infrastructure. She holds a BA in Business Information Systems from Dublin Business School, Ireland, and a BA in International Relations and European Studies from Petru Maior University, Romania.

Her approach to both work and life centers on authenticity and stays committed to the idea that genuine connections and honest communication drive real progress in both business and life and this guides everything she does, from her strategic marketing work to her most important role as a devoted mother.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, learning new things, and staying active through fitness.
