Bentley Has Your Back

With over 4,000 colleagues and over 125 offices around the world, Bentley is well-prepared to handle remote work as COVID-19 mitigations persist and most colleagues continue to work from home. In March 2020, we were able to pivot quickly to help our colleagues shift completely to remote work. Today, we continue to ensure that our colleagues have the equipment and resources they need to create a work-life balance. As the pandemic continues, and work flexibility is key, we have introduced the Infrastructure Empowered Workforce Plan (IEWP). This plan provides colleagues with the flexibility to design a personalized work plan with their manager, as well as ensure their team maintains a high level of productivity and engagement.

We are also here to help make remote working as smooth as possible for our users. At the start of the pandemic, we waived subscriptions fees for ProjectWise 365, a cloud-based software for collaboration and distributed work sharing for engineering teams, for five months. We continue to share tips and tricks with users about how to work from home and keep remote workers productive. We are well-placed to be a resource on remote working because for years, we have evangelized the importance of going digital to elevate the productivity of engineering firms. Bentley software is geared for working in a globally dispersed environment across offices (even home-based ones), countries, and organizations.
