Advancing Construction Best Practices

Industry best practices have the potential to facilitate greatness in project teams and the ability to drive improvements in productivity, predictability, safety, quality, cost and schedule. However, these improvements are only realized when teams have the knowledge and skills to implement and sustain those best practices.

Bentley‘s Construction Academy facilitates the alignment of the people, processes and technology involved in the deployment of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and WorkFace Planning (WFP) best practices to improve project outcomes. We provide owner-operators, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors, and individuals with awareness sessions, training and coaching that can take your project from good to great.

Courses are offered in the following delivery options to aid your organization in implementing AWP & WFP:

  • Subscription Programs – Organization or project specific training is customized to the needs of the team. Processes, procedures and templates are integrated within courses to deliver a unique learning experience where students will better understand the best practices, as well as how the best practices can be applied on their project.
  • Open Enrollment Training – Industry best practice programs are open for public registration. Register as an individual or as a project team.
  • Onsite Group Training – Our instructors can travel to your location to deliver industry best practice training programs to teams of eight or more.
