Session 1: Explore Conceptual Design Options with Real-world Data and Cost Analysis
The need for accelerated project delivery requires successful civil and transportation designers to jump-start projects with real-world data, rapid conceptual designs, and better decision-making processes. See how our data acquisition, reality modeling, and conceptual design applications help you to identify high-cost and high-risk items at the beginning of projects.

  • Assemble context data rapidly from a variety of sources, such as point clouds, 3D reality meshes, terrain data, images, and GIS information. Use ContextCapture to create detailed 3D reality models to bring real-world location to your project. 
  • Use OpenRoads ConceptStation to simplify 3D modeling with easy-to-use engineering sketching tools to quickly conceptualize roads and bridges infrastructure. 
  • Generate 3D layouts rapidly with associated project costs, choose the best option, and then move the 3D model forward in the detailed design phase.
