Leech joined Bentley in 2000 and is a geospatial consultant with expertise in the analysis, design, and use of GIS and mapping applications and GIS project management. Leech is responsible for creating custom applications and procedures for Bright House Networks to automate the creation of thematic node maps in MicroStation Geographics for hurricane outage reporting. Leech has completed a residential lot inventory project for Anne Arundel County Maryland and also performed a conversion of an MGE project to MicroStation Geographics for DuPont Chambers Works.
Prior to Bentley, Leech was a GIS project manager for Judge Systems Integration. She managed a large-scale data conversion project for Public Service Electric and Gas, a utility company located in New Jersey. Leech was an application specialist for Data Chromatics Incorporated, where she assisted in creating a land base and feature database from video linked GPS data using MicroStation, MDL, Oracle SQL and Intergraph MGE. Leech graduated from Towson University with a bachelor’s degree in geography and environmental planning.
