The goal of the project was to reduce working hours for handling cases of property/parcel requests from citizens in a local government municipality of Denmark.

The municipality maintains existing DGN files of addresses, parcels, utility, topography and land management of special interest (municipality plans) in MicroStation. The solution was Web-based and could combine graphical objects with property and parcel information stored in SQL databases. Municipal employees can view maps, are able to search for addresses and parcels, show layers from design files, orthophoto, or municipality plans as transparent layers and print to PDF with a customized title block.
