Base data for the atlas was derived from the 1998 State Geology Map. The extracted data was upgraded to MicroStation V8 DGN files and polygonized with Polygon Processor. Mineral commodities, ownership, development data and location maps were extracted from DOIR Minedex and WAPMS databases and plotted into the DGN files.
EPS files of each page in the Atlas was generated using CADscript V10. The CADscript Print Control made it easy to generate EPS files to specific output requirements.
