Registration: The registration fee for this event is $750. Registration for attendees includes:

Unlimited sessions
Two workshops (Seating is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.)
Meals:
        -   Monday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Welcome Reception
        -   Tuesday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
        -   Wednesday: Breakfast and Lunch

Guest Registration: Fees for adult guests are $75; fees for children ages three to sixteen are $50. Registration for guests includes:

The hotel room rate for all attendees except government is $192 + tax and applicable fees.

There are a limited number of rooms available per night at a government rate of $97 + tax and applicable fees. The government room rate is subject to change without notice.

The hotel is 8 miles/15 minutes from the Charlotte/Douglass International Airport.
Taxi Service is approximately $20 – $25 per way.

Recommended Airport Transfers:
The recommended shuttle service is Queens Transportation. Advance reservations are not necessary. Transfer can be set up upon retrieving luggage in baggage claim by dialing extension 58 at the transportation courtesy phone. Queens Transportation averages a ten minute wait time from your call to pick up. The current rate is approximately $36 round trip and $20 one-way.
