Bentley has reserved discounted rooms at eight hotels in Baltimore and there are a limited number of rooms still available. The online booking tool has been closed and the most efficient way to book a hotel room at this date is to call the housing bureau directly at 800-282-6632 or 410-837-4636.

Do I need an access code for the Passkey Website to book my hotel at the Bentley rates?
No, an access code is not required. All negotiated rates for BE Conference 2008 registrants appear if you select “Attendee”.
Will there be a shuttle provided from my hotel to the Convention Center?
All hotels are within walking distance to the Convention Center with the exception of the Marriot Waterfront. Transportation will be provided between the Marriott Waterfront and the Convention Center. Details coming soon!
Will transportation be provided between the airport and my hotel?
Baltimore/Washington International (BWI)
The recommended shuttle service for BWI is SuperShuttle. The average charge is $13 one-way and $26 round trip from BWI. Reservations can be made by telephone at 1-800-BLUEVAN or online at www.supershuttle.com. Please note that if you pre-book reservations and guarantee with a credit card the rate is discounted. The average charge is $11 one-way and $22 roundtrip with a pre-booked reservation. SuperShuttle is a shared-ride and may stop at more then one hotel. The average cost of a Taxi between BWI and the Inner Harbor is $30 one-way.
Washington Dulles International (IAD)
The recommended shuttle service for IAD is The Airport Shuttle, Inc. The charge is $85 per person and each additional person travels for $15 per van one-way from IAD. Reservations can be made via their website at
Airport Transfers Online. The average cost of a Taxi between IAD and the Inner Harbor is $105.00 one-way.
