 What is the cost to attend BE Conference 2008?
Registration for BE Conference 2008 is $895 per person.

This includes access to all keynotes, sessions, exhibit hall, evening events

Registration fee is waived for current SELECT Subscribers, Enterprise License Subscribers, Municipal License Subscribers, and Enterprise Training Subscribers

 Logging-in to BE Conference registration site
A Bentley log-in is required (username and password) for each person registering for the conference.
A new username may be created by your SELECT Administrator or submit a new request here.
Please note: If you create a new username without the assistance of your SELECT Administrator your contact details will not be associated with your company’s subscription services in our database, so your pricing may not be correct. Contact beconference@bentley.com if you need your pricing updated.

 Registering on behalf of someone else?
As you need to be logged into the registration system to complete registration, if you need to register on behalf of someone else, please submit the request form and BE Conference Registration Support will be in contact with you to complete the registration process.

 Scheduling Your Sessions and Auto-Scheduler 
BE Conference 2008 registration offers a very powerful tool to efficiently schedule your time at the conference. For 2008, scheduling sessions is optional. Bentley is not monitoring entrances to sessions, so you may participate in any session you wish, regardless of whether or not you have chosen to schedule it in the registration system. The calendar option is available for you to manage your time onsite in Baltimore.
After entering your contact information, you are asked which Solutions Track you are planning to attend. The choice you make here will pre-populate your schedule with recommended sessions related to this track.
Once you complete the registration section, you can then edit your daily calendar to include sessions from other solutions tracks, or, platform technology and elective sessions (MicroStation and ProjectWise product sessions, Bentley Institute, professional development sessions, and BE Careers sessions).

 Have a guest you would like to register?
All BE Conference registrants and attendees must be 21 years of age or older. If your spouse and children meet this requirement and wish to attend evening events only, please have them register on-site for a guest pass at no charge. If they would like to attend any sessions or visit the Exhibit Hall, they will need to register for the conference online.

 Pricing not correct?
If you are registering for BE Conference and the pricing is not correct, please continue with your registration and choose either check or wire transfer as the payment method and you will not have to enter a credit card to proceed. Contact beconference@bentley.com or call 1-800-949-0498 (toll-free) or 610-458-6261 to have your pricing corrected.

In addition to the solution tracks, platform technology and elective sessions, and community and networking events, conference registratoin includes the following evening events:

- May 28: To be announced; we are currently planning various special events
- May 29: BE Awards Ceremony (Dinner) and Celebration
