Madden is a senior engineering consultant specializing in GEOPAK software. His experience includes planning, designing, surveying, and constructing highway projects as well as analyzing, supporting, training, presenting, and implementing engineering applications, specifically GEOPAK software.
At Bentley, he is responsible for demonstrating Bentley software at user sites and user groups, developing training materials, and certification testing. Madden joined Bentley from the GEOPAK Corporation in 2002.
Madden began working for Illinois Department of Transportation in 1962, holding posts such as information systems specialist, distributed systems manager, state data processing coordinator, integrated civil engineering system coordinator, design squad leader, district terminal coordinator, and civil engineer. His duties included creating training courses for engineering applications, developing and implementing integrated civil engineer systems, and serving as supervising engineer on new construction and renovation sites. Madden graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a registered professional engineer.
