Dawn M. Dooley

Dooley is a business analyst who joined Bentley in 2004. She is responsible for providing customer training, product testing, analyzing transportation applications and developing training material. Dooley provides onsite training, product deployment, and customer support primarily to government agencies and departments of transportation, including departments in Missouri, Nevada, Minnesota, and North Carolina, as well as Manitoba Transportation Government Services in Canada.

Prior to Bentley, Dooley was owner and executive consultant of Tamarack Consulting, contracted by agencies such as the American Transmission Company and the Federal Aviation Administration. She was previously an application engineer for Third Millennium Technologies, where she developed courseware, provided product support, and deployed Bentley products including MicroStation, ProjectWise, Digital InterPlot, Descartes and GeoGraphics.

Dooley graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in cartography and received a master’s certificate in business analysis. Dooley enjoys volunteering with the Westernaires, an equestrian organization.
