CityGML – the value of an open standard in 3D City GIS workflows
In this eSeminar, you will learn about the value of using CityGML in your 3D City workflows – and you will learn from an expert. Prof. Dr. Thomas H. Kolbe is the initiator and one of the fathers of the CityGML standard, and a leading expert on CityGML. Bentley is an active supporter of OGC standards and is now making a CityGML-compliant data model available to users of Bentley Map. This data model will help users to take advantage of CityGML and accelerate 3D City projects.
Presenting with Prof. Dr. Kolbe, Keith Raymond will show the CityGML schema in a live demonstration and Ton de Vries will explain how this supports 3D City workflows.
