Easy-to-use interface simplifies design. LEAP VERTEX has an intuitive interface that uses a convenient system of tabs, drop-down menus and icons, making project data entry quick and simple. Both two- and three-dimensional representations of the data entered provide a convenient method visualizing the member.

Comprehensive Design Capabilities

LEAP VERTEX can analyze both three-dimensional columns and two-dimensional wall panels. Members can be single or multi-story, and have a variety of restraint conditions. Columns may be circular or rectangular, and walls may be double-tee, solid slab, hollow-core or sandwich panels.

Multiple Reinforcement Types

LEAP VERTEX allows for a combination of strand, rebar or mesh reinforcement. Transfer and development lengths are considered. You may define the rebar end anchorage, as well as a variable strand pull for each layer. Tied or spiral column reinforcement options are also available.

Powerful Analysis Features

LEAP VERTEX uses the stiffness method to perform structural analysis. Slenderness effects can be handled by either the moment magnification or the P-delta methods. With prestressed structures, service load stresses are checked against allowable limits. Load factors can be applied to any or all loads. Factored axial loads and moments are compared to the calculated ultimate strength of a section. Biaxial moments on columns are automatically taken into account. Users may also select any section within a structure and generate an interaction diagram.

Report Generation and Export

LEAP VERTEX offers user-friendly report generation and export. It generates real-time graphics for input and output interpretation. Output options include screen, printer and file.
