Registration closes December 11!

Event fee: This event is $750 for all users. Registration includes unlimited sessions, two workshops, and meals. Exceptions may apply to ETS accounts having predetermined tuition waivers for various Bentley conferences.

Guest fees: Adult guest fees are $300; fees for children ages three to sixteen are $150. These fees include two off-site activities as well as breakfast, lunch, and two dinners.

Accommodations
The hotel room rate for all users except government is $189.00 + 11% tax.
There are 50 rooms available at a government rate of $161.00 + 11% tax.

Transportation

By Air: The resort is located near two major international airports. From the Miami International Airport (MIA), the resort is just a 30 minute drove north. From the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL), the resort is a short 15-minute drive.

By Taxi: Follow signs in either airport for ground transportation and taxi service. Fares range from $60 to $80 one way.

By Car: Numerous rental car companies are available at both nearby airports. Additionally, a major rental car facility is located conveniently across from the resort. For rental reservations and information, contact them directly at 1-954-454-8914.

Get Driving Directions to the resort.

By Hotel Shuttle: The hotel offers a free shuttle every half hour to and from their sister resort, The Diplomat Country Club and Spa, for easy access to the golf course and the decadent 30,000-square-foot spa.

Within the resort there is also a transportation agency that can arrange full-service ground transportation options, including limousines, town cars and expeditions. Please ask at the concierge or call directly for reservations and information at 1-954-602-8990.
