Ferreira joined Bentley in 1998 and is an application engineer specializing in technical services. His responsibilities include product presentations and training, new product development, training materials development, and data-set creation. Ferreira provides customer support and training on MicroStation and ProjectWise.
Prior to Bentley, he worked for 5G Informatica, where as a technical support specialist he developed training books, magazines, and services based on Bentley products. Previously, Ferreira was employed at ControALL and worked in the automotive sector. His articles on MicroStation and rendering have appeared in CADdesign and CADware. Ferreira enrolled at Universidade Paulista in 2006 to study IT best practices and management.
