Automatic material lists can be generated from AutoPLANT Structural Engineering models. You control the level of detail: from a simple rough tonnage list to an extremely detailed precision list that includes exact bolt counts.
You are in complete control of how the list is output: specify field sorting options, decimal precision of dimensional data, font type and size, etc. You can even specify a company logo or graphic that should get inserted into the header section of all generated lists.
Unlike other applications, the material list generation process is native to the program, and no other applications are required. User can, however, import this data into a company standard database editor (i.e., Microsoft Access or Excel) to coexist with existing data.
