Be User Group Support | Support Request Process
The Be User Group program provides consistent, dependable support for Bentley user group Be Meetings. Upon request and compliance of the support request process, all user groups that are officially registered and established for one year are eligible to receive the Be User Group Basic Support Package as well as to qualify for the Be User Group Funding/Support Package Plus.
The Basic Support Package provides resources such as:
- Speaker/presenter recruitment
- Promotion assistance
- Registration supplies
- Bentley collateral
- Vendor and sponsor recruitment
- Exclusive access to User Group communities via Be Communities website
The Funding/Support Package Plus includes additional support based on the number of non-Bentley attendess at a given Be Meeting. User Groups can qualify for funding, hardware, tech support, and so forth.
