Technical Requirements
Operating System: Windows Vista, Windows Vista 64 bit, Windows XP, Windows XP 64 bit (Service Pack 2 or later), Windows Server 2003 (Service Pack 1 or later), and Windows Server 2003 64 bit.
Software Prerequisites: Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 (Installer will attempt to download and install this prerequisite if it is not present during installation.)
Processor: As per minimum operating system requirements
RAM: As per minimum operating system requirements (1GB or more is recommended for large networks, or to work on multiple files simultaneously)
Hard Disk: 150 MB of free storage space, with additional room for data files
Display: 800 x 600 resolution, 256 colors (or better)
Supported platforms and versions:
StormCAD V8i includes a stand-alone platform and MicroStation and PowerCivil integration as standard. AutoCAD integration is available as an add-on feature.
There are no platform requirements for the stand-alone version. To run StormCAD V8i on:
- MicroStation, you need MicroStation V8i
- PowerCivil for Americas, you need PowerCivil for Americas V8i
- AutoCAD, you need AutoCAD 2009
