What is the cost to attend The Be Together Conference?
The General Admission registration fee for Be Together is $1,295 per person prior to March 31, 2012. After March 31, the general admission fee is $1,495. The general admission fee includes keynotes on 2 days, choice of lectures and workshops for 3 days, access to the LIVE Zone on 2 days, breakfast and lunch for 3 days and a welcome reception.

My company would like to participate in the “Buy 4, get 1 free” promotion for the Be Together Conference. What do I need to do?
All attendees must be registered online for the General Admission registration package. Your “free” attendee may select “check” as the payment option to bypass the payment page. Once all registrations are submitted online, please complete the Group Discount Request Formand return either via e-mail or fax to the attention of Events at +1 610 458 1060. If attendees have not yet registered, we will provide the free registration attendee with a code to indicate this is a free registration. If attendees have already registered, please complete the Group Discount Request Form and submit either via e-mail or fax to the attention of Events at +1 610 458 1060. Bentley will remove the payment due for that registrant after receiving the form.

My company is sending 5 people to the conference and we have already registered. How do I receive the “Buy 4, Get 1 Free” promotion?

No, this program is for 5 paying attendees. Attendees must choose the General Admission registration package.

When should I arrive at The Be Together Conference?
Registration begins at 9 a.m. on Monday, May 14. The welcome address and keynotes will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15.

What payment types are accepted for the registration fee?
Credit cards, wire transfers, checks, and POs are accepted.

My organization would like to make other payment arrangements. Whom should we contact?
Payment questions should be directed to a Bentley events team member by e-mail or by calling +1-800-949-0498.

What meals are included in my registration package?
Breakfast and lunch for three days of the conference along with a welcome reception.

Are registrations transferable?
No. Registrations are non-transferable.

What is the registration cancellation policy for the conference?
Cancellations must be made by contacting the registration office by calling: 1-800-949-0498 or sending an e-mail. Cancellations received before close of business on April 30, 2012 will receive a full refund of the Conference registration fee. Cancellations received between May 1, 2012 and close of business May 7, 2012 will receive a 25% refund of the Conference registration fee. Cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. EST on May 7, 2012 will not be refunded any portion of the Conference registration fees, even if registrant is a "no-show" for the event.

What is the conference refund policy?
All refund requests/billing disputes must be submitted in writing to Bentley Systems, Incorporated with attached documentation through e-mail no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on May 7, 2012. Bentley will not consider any refund request/billing dispute received after 5:00 p.m. EST on May 7, 2012.

Will there be a European Be Together: The Bentley User Conference in 2012?
No, Be Together: The Bentley User Conference will only be in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The conference will offer content and presentations suitable to a global audience.

What is the dress code for The Be Together Conference?
The dress code is business casual.

Are my spouse and children allowed to attend The Be Together Conference?
All conference registrants and attendees must be 21 years of age or older. If your spouse and children meet this requirement, they may register for a Guest Pass for $150 per person. Everyone attending Be Together must register for the conference.

Where should I park?
We recommend using this tool to locate nearby parking garages and applicable rates. The Philadelphia Convention Center address is 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

All sessions are first come first serve. We recommend looking at the track agendas to find a similar session or encore session.
