(BWSC) is a 400-person professional services firm with 11 offices spread across the eastern half of the U.S. A true multidiscipline design firm, the company offers engineering, architecture, planning, landscape architecture, and surveying. Challenges
- One component of the BWSC Business Strategy and Strategic Plan is “Building People,” which it believes is essential to achieving its goals. To maintain proficiency, drive productivity, introduce new technologies, maintain competitive advantage, and provide state-of-the-art services to clients, user training is essential. Users have to be trained on the latest versions of software and new technologies on an ongoing basis, but the training needs to be cost effective and result in productivity gains and extended capabilities.
