Program Overview
The BE User Group program provides consistent, dependable support for Bentley user group training events, referred to as BE Meetings. The BE User Group program assures that BE Meeting attendees receive reliable, quality information on Bentley’s direction and solutions, in addition to agenda items specific to each group.
The levels and information provided are the standard BE Meeting support guidelines for each group’s annual conference in 2007. Though in most cases these guidelines will be followed, Bentley understands that the needs and requirements of the user groups varies and, therefore, allows for flexibility.
IMPORTANT: All requests outside the parameters of the program must be submitted to beusergroup@bentley.com and approved in advance, at least 12 weeks prior to the BE Meeting.
The support program levels are based on the number of attendees at a BE Meeting. The number of attendees determines funding, the number of Bentley Institute courses, and other means of support. BE User Groups must follow the Support Request Process to ensure full support. Please note that this program is only for BE Meetings.
A team of Bentley professionals will work with each group to build an agenda that matches each group’s interests, and ensure that the appropriate level of support is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
