Weill joined Bentley in 2003 as a geospatial project manager. He is a MicroStation and ProjectWise trainer and specializes in cartography and programming. His responsibilities at Bentley include the deployment of ProjectWise and GIS design and analysis projects.
Prior to working at Bentley, Weill was a project manager who developed survey software in the civil industry. He worked for CVFM Web agency and also spent three years as an application engineer at GeoSig, responsible for programming, training, and demonstrations for GIS products and applications. Weill previously was a database programmer for Hayes IT Services and Optimum and worked as a land surveyor for ATGT and Bouygues, both companies situated in Paris.
He graduated from the Institute de Topometrie in France with a master’s degree in land surveyor. He is a certified Web project manager.
