ProjectWise is a scalable collaboration system for connecting people and information across the distributed enterprise. Core capabilities enable users to manage, find, and share CAD and geospatial content, project data and Office documents.
It’s interesting to note that nine of the top 10 in the ENR500 use ProjectWise and globally seven of the top 10 in the ENR Global 150 manage their distributed enterprises with ProjectWise.
Now, smaller organizations can start with entry-level collaboration for MicroStation & AutoCAD using ProjectWise StartPoint.
Growth is available through a set of servers, including ProjectWise Integration Server, which provides federated content management across a distributed enterprise. Additional servers are also available for caching data in multiple locations, for managing and automating plotting and publishing, and for connecting with enterprise systems.
For many years now, large distributed organizations have enjoyed project successes using the ProjectWise system of collaboration servers. However, not all organizations are as large or as distributed as the ENR 500 or the ENR Global 150. Hence with the introduction of ProjectWise StartPoint, ProjectWise is now for everyone.
