Digital Signatures ensure the integrity of approved drawings.
Digital Security includes multi-level access control for projects and digital signature functionality. Access to DGN files can be controlled by assigning a password or by granting specific digital rights to that file. Digital signatures on DGN files can indicate approval of the design and help identify whether the integrity of the DGN has been compromised. Explicit Digital Rights can be defined in any combination of Viewing, Printing, Exporting, and Editing rights. Digital rights are enforced through PKI technology and digital IDs. Digital Signatures can be displayed graphically, affixed to a single file or model and can be limited to the content of a model and all of its DGN and DWG references.
