Precision Valley Communications
Time Warner of Maine Project
The task was to complete field verification of the cable, passives, and RF electronics, and implement a system upgrade from 500 MHz to 860 MHz within a three-year schedule. As many existing active locations as possible were held to limit the overall project cost. Precision Valley Communications walked each street identifying every piece of the existing system foot-by-foot and item-by-item for both aerial and underground plant. They noted all existing items in the system that was to be re-used in the upgrade. The system upgrade was engineered and documented with Bentley Communication Solutions.  The project consisted of seven towns and 85,800 plus passings, within 800 miles of cable plant.
