Using the Enterprise Training Subscription (ETS) program, Wood Group embarked on a plan to retain existing employees and attract new engineers and designers by offering each staff member an accredited and customized training program. Traditional classroom training is currently the standard with distance learning and OnDemand eLearning being integrated into the mix next to reduce the impact of travel on employees. Wood Group also uses training as an opportunity to evaluate the latest technology available to identify future benefits.
