Manny is responsible for the smooth running of the EIM, Instrumentation, P&ID, Structural & Piping Solutions in the Caddman Bentley Plant Team. He is also actively involved in the implementation and consultation for these Plant Design Solutions. Manny has been involved in the design of multiple projects, including mining, process and industrial plants for the last 25 years.

Following a degree in Economics and an MBA from Cranfield, one of Europe's top Management schools, Elaine worked for eleven years as Marketing and Change Management Consultant for a database marketing consultancy. In 1997 she joined Cadventure, the family business, which her husband Paul founded in 1989.

With offices in London, Birmingham and the South West, Cadventure provides a comprehensive range of value-added services to Architects and Engineers throughout the UK as a Bentley reseller, SELECT Support provider, and Bentley Institute Partner.

As Commercial Director, Elaine is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Bentley business within Cadventure.

In 2004 and 2005, Cadventure was Bentley's top international reseller in Building.

Juergen has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. In 1988, he worked at Fraunhofer Gesellschaft, an organization for applied research. In 1997, his career led him to inPuncto GmbH, Stuttgart where he continues to serve as a partner and managing director. inPuncto GmbH has been a Bentley Partner since 1998 and currently serves the Building vertical. Gordon is a Chartered Civil Engineer, who has developed his professional career through employment in both the Public and Private sectors, extending this experience to challenging environments overseas, including in early 2002, the formation of a Company in Dubai UAE, focusing on the delivery of high-end software solutions, training and support programs, and professional services.

Originally responsible for the development of regional business as a Partner for Infrasoft Ltd, the acquisition of the latter by Bentley Systems in early 2003 provided him with the opportunity to extend this role within the regional environment. He also works closely with colleagues from Bentley Middle East in developing their Civil product group and Services within an expanding and high-profile user base.
