Do I need an access code for the Passkey Website to book my hotel at the Bentley rates?
No, an access code is not required. All negotiated rates for BE Conference 2008 registrants appear if you select “Attendee”.
Will there be a shuttle provided from my hotel to the Convention Center?
All hotels are within walking distance to the Convention Center with the exception of the Marriot Waterfront. Transportation will be provided between the Marriott Waterfront and the Convention Center. Details coming soon!
Will transportation be provided between the airport and my hotel?
Airport transfers are at the expense of the attendee. The recommended shuttle service is SuperShuttle. The average charge is $13 one-way and $26 round trip from BWI. Reservations can be made by telephone at 1-800-BLUEVAN or online at www.supershuttle.com. Please note that if you pre-book reservations and guarantee with a credit card the rate is discounted. The average charge is $11 one-way and $22 roundtrip with a pre-booked reservation.
