STAAD.beava (bridge engineering automated vehicle application) is a state-of-the-art vehicular load generator seamlessly integrated within the STAAD.Pro environment. The module uses an advanced implementation of influence surfaces to pin-point critical locations of bridge loads for any number of structural responses. Results are presented in a graphical format allowing users to view vehicular loads and their placement within traffic lanes on a structure. The generated live loads are automatically merged with any other live or dead loads defined by the user.
STAAD.offshore integrates with STAAD.Pro to provide analysis and design solutions for offshore structures. Analysis results include wave loads, fatigue lives for tubular joints, and the inertia forces. Offshore loads can then be combined with other loads from STAAD.Pro to ultimately perform an optimal design using the American Petroleum Institute (API) code.
Sectionwizard allows for fast and accurate calculation of section properties for standard and custom shapes - no matter how complicated or unusual your shape. In addition, the section properties can be directly imported into STAAD.Pro and will soon integrate with RAM Advanse and Bentley Structural.
