Technical Requirements
ProjectWise Geospatial Management Server Specifications
Please refer to the "Requirements" section of the ProjectWise System readme: ftp://ftp.bentley.com/pub/help/projectwise/081107107en/readme.htm.
Network: Windows networking configured for the TCP/IP protocol (IPv4 or IPv6).
Software Prerequisites:
- MDAC 2.8 SP1 or higher
- Microsoft Indexing Service - must be enabled and running to install ProjectWise Integration Server's Full Text Indexing feature
- MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries 1) - required (prior to Orchestration Framework Service installation) to install Integration Server's Full Text Indexing feature
- ProjectWise Orchestration Framework Service - required to install Integration Server's Thumbnail Extractor, Full Text Indexing, and/or File Properties Extractor feature
- Bentley Map V8i
Feature or Component Spatial Indexing Prerequisites:
- ProjectWise Orchestration Framework Service, ProjectWise Automation Service, and MicroStation V8i are prerequisites if this server will be used to host Document Processors (Thumbnail Extractor, Full Text Extractor, File Properties Extractor)
