Rubenzer works as a consultant for Bentley’s professional services and is an integrated engineering service manager. He is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing the training process for standard courses offered in RAM and STAAD training. Rubenzer assists customers in learning the tools necessary to maximize the use of RAM software in addition to helping them develop successful business plans. Rubenzer joined Bentley from RAM International, where he was a customer training manager. He was responsible for organizing strategic plans for the RAM training group.
Previously, Rubenzer worked for Graef Anhalt & Schloemer as a project structural engineer. There, he designed the major structural systems and managed onsite construction for many projects including the Northwestern Mutual 5-story building, the Indian Community School, a 60,000 square foot single story building able to withstand a F2 tornado, a seven story steel frame condominium, and 25-story building in downtown Milwaukee. Rubenzer was a structural engineer at Setter Leach & Linstrom, an architectural and engineering consulting firm. He received his master’s degree in business management for Marquette University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota.
