Villegas is a senior engineering consultant and certified trainer. He has worked with Bentley since 1988 and was previously a senior engineering consultant with GEOPAK Corporation. Formerly a staff engineer and surveyor, Villegas worked on projects with the Florida Department of Transportation. He is qualified in GEOPAK software testing and beta support as well as software and hardware maintenance. He works directly with engineers, surveyors and program developers in managing software support, testing and procedures. Villegas studied civil engineering at Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru, and received his bachelor's degree in engineering science from Miami-Dade Community College.
