Ross joined Bentley in 2001 as a quality assurance manager and is currently a senior product and project manager. Her duties involve utilizing Bentley’s resources to develop the best possible strategies for managing, scheduling, developing, and implementing plans that will guarantee an on-time delivery of the customer’s project. Ross is a primary user contact for software implementation and is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction.
Ross previously was a consulting application engineer, providing technical support for Bentley products and services. Prior to Bentley, she held posts as software engineering specialist for Rational Software, quality assurance engineer for Reuters and Infonautics Corporation, software test engineer for Microsoft Corporation and Primavera Systems, and production technology manager for Infomautics Corporation. Ross received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science at Eastern Washington University.
