The drawing is open to individuals 18 years of age or older, except employees of Bentley Systems, Incorporated and its subsidiaries, and their respective families.
By entering, you warrant that only the named individual(s) listed on the entry submission are involved in the drawing. Illegibility of the information you provide on the entry submission may be cause for disqualification and drawing an alternate winner.
Bentley reserves the right in its sole discretion to replace the listed prizes with other prizes of equivalent value.
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Bentley Systems, Incorporated and its subsidiaries and the drawing judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this drawing.
Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within 21 days of receipt. Failure to respond within this time period or to comply with any other rule may result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. If any affidavit or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that individual will be disqualified and the prize will be given to an alternate winner.
Multiple prizes may not be awarded to the same individual or members of the same family residing at the same address within 90 days.
