• Hands-On Courses are one-day and two-day training programs that are intended to give users a complete understanding of the structural engineering tools available from the Bentley Structural Team. There are entry level courses that are intended for beginners and advanced training for high-end users of the program. Courses are now posted on Bentley Institute's Bentley LEARN Server.

Account-Specific Training

• Custom training for your office: Any of the distance learning or classroom learning courses can be tailored to address your company’s common design practices. These customized training sessions can be based on one or several of the available courses. By customizing the session, you are able to select from the list of available topics, combine topics from multiple sessions, and/or have the training based on one of your company’s actual projects.

Coaching Services

• Professional engineers with many years of experience assist you as you learn and implement your program: After completing training courses, using and implementing new technologies can take time for an organization. Our licensed engineering consultants will work with you to assist in the process to help integrate the Bentley products you recently learned into your design workflow.
  

Program Customization Services

• Revising input parameters, customizing output, or extracting data from RAM or STAAD model to fit your specific needs: Do you have your own software or spreadsheets that you would like to link directly to RAM Structural System or STAAD.Pro? Perhaps you would like to customize output or reports from the program. RAM and STAAD training consultants can create these solutions by using RAM Data Access or OpenSTAAD.
  
  Or perhaps you simply would like to create VB macros for use with STAAD.Pro Structure Wizard, edit the tables used by the RAM Structural System, or create new sections, materials, or connections to use with RAM Structural System, STAAD.Pro, Bentley Structure Elements, or RAM Connection. Modeling Services

• Bentley consultants help you meet deadlines by modeling your project for you: Bentley professional consultants have many years of practical design experience, in addition to being experts in the RAM/STAAD software products. Our consultants can efficiently complete a significant portion of your project model. After the model has been completed, the consultant will identify the best modeling practices used in creating the model and suggest other Bentley software products that may benefit you in your design process. Consultants will then provide a summary report indicating the criteria used to create the model and any recommendations for automating your workflow.
  

Model Review Services

• A quality control review of your RAM or STAAD model: As building designs become more and more complex, a growing number of our clients have found it effective to have a quality assurance review performed on their project model. This review helps detect potential modeling problems, such as items in the modeling and/or design parameters which might be input incorrectly or possibly misunderstood. The review is limited to determining whether the software tools are applied appropriately. Once the review is complete, the consultant will schedule an online session to discuss the model, as well as provide a summary of their review.
