Martha Tsigkari
Workshop Tutor
Working for Foster+Partners’s Specialist Modelling Group since 2006, Martha has created and developed generative design systems within the context of geometrically and programmatically challenging projects. Apart from her hobby in amateur psychiatry (she is currently working on creating her own lemonade stand) Martha’s interest lies in incorporating parametric design and scripting techniques to produce custom tools for testing design methods and managing workflows. She has participated as a tutor in GC workshops in London and runs her own GC tutorials within F+P.
Martha holds an Architect - Engineer's Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Adaptive Architecture and Computation with distinction from Bartlett, London. In both she graduated as top of her year. She has worked in a number of architectural and engineering firms in Greece before moving to the United Kingdom.
