Juan E. Subercaseaux

Workshop Tutor

Juan E. Subercaseaux is Associate Principal at KPFI. As part of the Computational Geometry Group he focuses on high profile buildings, environmental performance, and research. Between 1998 and 2004 he worked independently designing and building in various scales from objects to museums.

He taught in the Architectural Association between 2006 and 2008 in diploma and graduate schools, accomplishing two full-scale projects built in Patagonia. Also, he has taught and presented at several associative modeling workshops.

Juan graduated as an industrial designer from the UCV School of Architecture and Design in 1997. Juan holds a Masters in Architecture with distinction from the AA School of Architecture (EmTech, March 2006).
