Dominik Holzer
Workshop Tutor
Holzer is a Research Fellow/Lecturer at RMIT University Melbourne/UTS Sydney. He has a PhD at RMIT embedded with Arup, a Masters in Architecture RMIT, and a BA/Masters in Science at TU-Vienna.
Holzer has been a Research Fellow and Research Assistant at SIAL (RMIT University). He's also worked for BatesSmart Architects in Melbourne (Australia), ALSOP Architects in London (UK), and NOX architects in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
Holzer has research interests in practice based research, interfacing the distinct professions in the design and building industry through high-level CAAD applications as well as new transdisciplinary collaboration strategies. He's also interested in exploring the common architect-engineer design space as well as applying parametric CAD modelling in the social environment of architectural design.
