Wizards become quickly outdated with the advent of civil cells. A civil cell is a parametric object that allows you to preconfigure commonly used 2D and 3D geometric layouts while maintaining all design, constraint, and relational intelligence. Civil cells are stored in DGNLib files for re-use across multiple applications. You can create a 3D intersection that you may use over and over in your design. Store it as a civil cell and then you can readily access it anytime you need to design an intersection. Any differences such as radius return values or other geometric properties of the new intersection can be easily modified to fit the new design parameters. If you can design it – a civil cell can handle it. There is no limit to the simplicity or complexity of the civil cell.
