WaterGEMS includes a comprehensive set of utilities to help you estimate and load water demands – one of the most important aspects of water distribution modeling.

Geospatial demand allocation: LoadBuilder provides an array of integrated tools for aggregating or distributing demands and predicting future water usage:

• Assign geocoded customer meters
• Use nearest node or pipe criteria
• Allocate demand based on service area polygons
• Intersect with land use, census, or meter routes
• Forecast using land use or population data 

Demand Control Center: Globally manage simple, composite, and pressure dependent demands across your entire model.

Unit demand engineering libraries: Develop and maintain your own area, count, discharge, or population-based unit demands for quick demand estimation.
