From here, you may download GenerativeComponents and its required applications. The first download includes Microsoft DirectX graphics and some additional Microsoft .NET tools. Download the ReadMe file for more information on Microsoft technology.
Note that both MicroStation V8 XM Edition and MicroStation Triforma V8 XM Edition are required to run GenerativeComponents.
You have two options for downloading:
1. A single installation
2. Download each application separately
Both methods provide exactly the same applications and functionally:
Single Installation
For your convenience, we've packaged our generative design applications together in a single installation. The file size is relatively large (481 MB) and will take several minutes to download.
After installing the MicroStation Prerequisite Pack, you'll be asked to reboot. Do not reboot, but continue with the installation. You can restart your computer once all the applications have been installed.
