Bentley Vision

Vision document view and interface.

Bentley Vision presents data in an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Tagged plant components and documents are located by selecting them from the tag tree or by using the search function. Selecting an object and right clicking opens a context-sensitive menu for operations that can be performed on that item. The primary parts of the interface are:

• Tag Tree - The tag tree graphically displays the connectivity information and relationships between tagged plant components.
• Document View Tab - Selecting a tagged item in the tag tree automatically displays the AutoPLANT P&ID drawings associated with the item in the document view tab, allowing users to zoom directly onto the component.
• Properties Tab - The properties tab lists all the properties of the object based on the tag type defined in the AutoPLANT P&ID.
• Associated Document List
  The associated documents list displays all documents that are associated with the tagged component. A right click selection automatically opens the document for full screen viewing.
