Colleague Service Recognition Awards
For continuous service, colleagues are given special recognition on their three, five, ten and 20 year anniversary of joining the Bentley team. Along with a certificate of appreciation each colleague is presented with a gift of their choosing. As a means of immediate acknowledgement of colleague accomplishments throughout the year, frequent postings are made on Inside Bentley, the company intranet.
Colleague Recognition Awards
Each year Bentley recognizes the outstanding performance of colleagues worldwide. In addition to a plaque and our sincere thanks, all the recipients are invited to join in the AccountAbilty Circle events. In recognition of exceptional contributions, Bentley’s annual Colleague Recognition Awards formally acknowledge outstanding colleague achievements.
Quarterly Incentive Program
Our quarterly incentive compensation program serves to reward colleagues for their work year round. Based on a comprehensive evaluation, combined with Bentley’s quarterly performance, colleagues are compensated each quarter - as opposed to a traditional annual bonus.
