Sustaining Our Community
We recognize our responsibility as a global citizen to respond to the opportunity to make positive change. Bentley utilizes its corporate, financial, human, and technological resources to contribute to the broad community of professionals we serve directly, as well as the global community of people in need.
Sustaining our Profession
Within the architectural, engineering, and construction organizations, a shortage of future engineers is imminent. By sponsoring the National Engineers Week Future City Competition in Washington D.C. as well as the Future Cities India 2020 competition, Bentley strives to sustain the profession by helping inspire school-aged contenders to pursue careers in exciting and rewarding engineering professions.

Sustaining our Local Communities
Bentley also strives to give back to local communities through financial contributions and colleague volunteer support to organizations such as the United Way Foundation in North America. We also support STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) scholarships for K-12 U.S. based schools. Through programs such as these, it is our hope that we contribute to sustaining our multiple local communities.
Sustaining our Environment
Realizing our responsibility to sustain the environment, Bentley takes clear steps towards reducing its carbon footprint through the coordinated efforts of our nearly 2800 colleagues around the world. Enabling our colleagues to work in more environmentally conscious ways is the key to reaching our aggressive goal of measurably reducing our carbon footprint.
Sustaining our Colleagues
The goal of Bentley’s Global Colleague Health and Wellness Program is to create a corporate culture of wellness. With programs like our annual free flu vaccination inoculation program for worldwide colleagues and the offering of web-based health-related learning modules, colleagues can realize their personal health goals.
