North China Power Engineering (NCPE) needed a well-managed design, information exchange, and publication process that would be traceable and satisfy quality-control requirements. In addition, the implementation of design projects, design workflows for project team members, and human resources management required a suitable platform.

ProjectWise has helped NCPE automate and integrate the design workflows of all of its projects. This collaboration system is managing the whole design process and related activities, as well as data exchanges among all departments. In addition, the individual actions of a task can each be tracked.
