Loord is a sales coordinator and trainer for Bentley Institute in Sweden. His responsibilities include planning all training activities in Sweden as well as coordinating distance learning programs for the Nordic Region. Loord is also the CEO of Loord Design, an architecture and graphic design company that he founded in 1995.
Prior to working at his own firm and Bentley, Loord was an architect for a variety of firms, including Klemming Arkitektkontor AB, Anova Arkitekter AB, Svante Hofsten Arkitektkontor AB, and Brygghuset Arkitekter AB. As an experienced architect, he has designed houses, kindergartens, schools, universities, retirement homes, sports facilities, restaurants and embassies. In addition to more than 20 years of CAD experience, Loord has worked as a journalist, writing articles for a variety of CAD and lifestyle magazines. He has earned a master’s degree in architecture at the Royal Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in journalism at the media and communication institute (JMK) of Stockholm University. He will, of course, never stop learning.
