Terms & Conditions

1. The Bentley MyImage competition is open to individuals 18 years of age or older from Europe, Middle East and Africa, except for employees (and their families) of Bentley Systems, Incorporated and of Hewlett-Packard Company (“HP”) and their respective subsidiaries.
   
   
2. To enter this competition, submit an image created with Bentley Systems software at www.bentley.com. Where prompted, complete your details and click on submit. In order to qualify you have to accept the legal requirements giving Bentley permission to use your images with unlimited usage rights. Your details will be retained for the administration of this promotion only; no further correspondence will take place.
   
   
3. By entering, you warrant that only the named individual(s) listed on the entry submission are involved in the drawing. Illegibility of the information you provide on the entry submission may be cause for disqualification and drawing of an alternate winner.
   
   
4. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Bentley Systems, Incorporated and its subsidiaries and the competition judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this competition.
   
   
5. The Competition will start at 9.00am Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on Saturday September 1st 2007 and end at 5.00pm GMT on Friday February 29th 2008 (the “Competition Period”). 
   
   
6. Every 3 months during the Competition Period the judges will select the winners per category among the new images uploaded during that period. The winners will receive an HP iPAQ rw 6815 smart phone.
   
   
7. Each Prize Winner is eligible for the HP Designjet T1100 printer grand prize draw at the end of the Competition Period.
   
   
8. Bentley reserves the right in its sole discretion to replace the listed prizes with other prizes of equivalent value.
   
   
9. The winners will be notified via email. Prizes will be couriered to them. All respective winners will be notified within 5 working days of the voting completion date of each round.
   
   
10. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within 21 days of receipt. Failure to respond within this time period or to comply with any other rule may result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. If any affidavit or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that individual will be disqualified and the prize will be given to an alternate winner.
    
    
11. Multiple prizes may not be awarded to the same individual or members of the same family residing at the same address within 90 days.
    
    
12. By entering, the participant agrees to the following terms: If you are one of the drawing winners, you agree to pay and be solely responsible for any and all taxes that are imposed in connection with the receipt of the prize.
    
    
13. No entries received after 5.00 pm GMT on February 29th 2008 will be eligible to win a prize.
    
    
14. Name and origin of all winners will be made available on the competition website shortly after the end of the Competition and will remain there for a period of 6 weeks.
    
    
15. Bentley Systems, Incorporated accepts no responsibility for lost or mislaid entries. Damaged or defaced entries will be disqualified.
